Realtors are a dime a dozen. Good realtors are a little less common. Great realtors are hard to come by...and I would certainly tell you that Paul is great at what he does! I would not hesitate for a second to refer Paul to anybody that asks if I know anyone that can help them buy/sell their home.

Without a doubt, I would work with Paul again in a heartbeat. Regardless of the outcome of our work together (which ended positively), the process of getting to the outcome was exactly how we would've asked for in a perfect scenario. 

Paul represented us as both our listing agent, as well as our buying agent in a contingent transaction. This made things a bit more tricky as there were several moving parts. With all of the moving parts, Paul stayed on top of it all, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. There was never a time when we were concerned that Paul wasn't working hard on selling our home, or finding us our next home. 

Better yet, Paul listened. He listened to what we wanted in our new home. He listened to our thoughts on the listing price for the home we were selling. And most importantly, he listened to us through every step of the way, from placing our offer, to receiving an offer to counter offers, etc. There was not one time where we felt that Paul was pushing us to do anything we didn't feel comfortable with. He would always offer his professional opinion, or put himself in our shoes and offer what he would do as the homeowner, but never push his opinions on us. 

In the end, it was Paul that kept our deals together. If it weren't for his hard work, tenacity, and the fact that he has great connections across the Sacramento Valley, we wouldn't be in our lovely new home, nor would we have been able to get top dollar on the sale of our old home.
